benefits of this process1- This process produces a higher quality housing unit than any other existing process.
2- The insulation "R" factor is 40.37 standard for a wall thicknes of 5-1/4 inches.
3- The entire panel system is Affordable and waterproof.
4- A panel system does not support combustion, and is self extinguishing.
5- A panel system that is impervious to termintes and wood boring insects.
6- A system that eliminates the need for drywalling the interior of the panels.
7-
The use of Polyurethane foam greatly enhances the strength of the
panels, thus the home also. The foam has a compression strength
of 40 Lbs per cubic inch when fully cured.
8- The use of a 5/8
inch foam extrusion on the inside of the exterior wall frame and the
1.00 inch foam extrusion on the outside of the panel prevents the
transmission of heat and cold into the inside of the housing unit
through the steel panel frames.
9- The use of the foam extrusion
on both sides of the steel panel frames prevents moisture and air from
causing corrosion to any part of the galvanized steel panel frames.
10- The frames are construced of 20 gage steel, minimum, which is 60 times stronger than a wood frame structure.
11-
Panels constructed using this process exceed the Horizontal, Lateral,
Seismic, Vertical and Wind loads of all United States building Codes.
12- The process reduces the manufacturing and field erection time, which in turn lowers the overhead costs.
13- The reduction in labor and overhead, and related time, also improves the return of invested materials and labor costs.
14-
The R-40.37 insulation factor in all of the exterior panels and ceiling
panels results in Energy Savings of approximately 98% as relates to the
heating and cooling of the completed housing units.
15- The Polyurethane foam used throughout the panels is free of CFC's, HCFC's and Formaldehyde, thus is does not outgas.
16-
The reduction in the overall shell cost of a home amounts to
approximately 87% and also results in the overall cost of the housing
unit by between approximately 50 to 66% of the completed unit, instead
of increasing the cost.
17- In some cases, the reduced erection time also reduces or eliminates the construction loan costs, Affodable again.
18- The process results in lower homeowner's insurance costs, and contractor's fire damages costs.
19- Lower cost means lower selling price and lower monthly loan payments, Affordable again.
20-
Pre-Fabricated Panelized housing in California is controlled by the
D.O.H. (Dept. of Housing, Div. of Health & Safety Dept). This means
no local city or county approvals & inspections. Also means a 60%
savings on Sales Tax.
21- Housing units can be effectively and efficiently produced in a factory facility as small as 5,000 Sq
