8- The use of a 5/8 inch foam extrusion on the inside of the exterior wall frame and the 1.00 inch foam extrusion on the outside of the panel prevents the transmission of heat and cold into the inside of the housing unit through the steel panel frames.

9- The use of the foam extrusion on both sides of the steel panel frames prevents moisture and air from causing corrosion to any part of the galvanized steel panel frames.

10- The frames are construced of 20 gage steel, minimum, which is 60 times stronger than a wood frame structure.
